Proxify AI Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Proxify AI.

1. Service scope

Proxify AI provides digital access to a proprietary agent system, related modes, tools and features made available in the interface under the user's active plan.

2. Acceptance and start of use

Using the service, registering an account, paying for a plan or otherwise starting to use available features means the user accepts these terms and the related public documents.

3. Access and plans

• access conditions depend on the plan currently published on the website or in the interface;
• a free plan may be offered for limited evaluation;
• paid functionality becomes available after payment confirmation;
• public plans currently include Start — 0 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 100 credits per day, Pro — 4000 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 300 credits per day, Max — 8000 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 500 credits per day;
• the operator may update feature scope, model access and limits as part of the product's current operating logic.

4. Payment and billing

Where paid plans are offered, payment is handled under the billing terms published on the website or in the interface. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and related billing matters are governed by the relevant public pages and the actual payment flow used by the service.

5. User obligations

Users must:

• follow the service rules and applicable law;
• not transfer account access to third parties;
• not use the service for attacks, spam, fraud or other prohibited activity;
• independently verify AI output before using it in high-risk situations.

6. Liability limits

The service and AI outputs are provided on an as is basis. The operator does not guarantee that any output is error-free, unique or suitable for legal, medical, financial or other high-risk reliance without independent review by the user.

The user remains responsible for deciding whether a result can be relied on in a specific case.

7. Data and support

Data processing is governed by the privacy policy. For questions about service operation, billing or access, users may contact support at @proxifyaihelp.

8. Access termination

The user may stop using the service at any time. The operator may restrict or terminate access for rule violations, security threats, fraudulent activity, infrastructure abuse or legal requirements.

9. Changes to the terms

The operator may update these terms as the service, plans, technical limits or legal requirements evolve. The latest version is published on Proxify AI public pages.
