Proxify AI Rules

These rules are part of the Terms of Use and define how Proxify AI may be used.

1. Permitted use

Users may:

• use the service within the active plan and available functionality;
• work with chat, agent modes, research and built-in tools;
• use results in personal or work tasks subject to applicable law;
• contact support for technical or billing issues.

2. Prohibited use

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorized access, attacks, security bypass or infrastructure abuse;
• use the service for malware, fraud, spam or other illegal activity;
• violate third-party rights, including through generated or published content;
• resell access, transfer the account to others or expose the service as an unauthorized public gateway;
• attempt to bypass usage limits or technical controls.

3. Limits and restrictions

• access scope, request limits and feature availability depend on the active plan;
• current public plans are Start — 0 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 100 credits per day, Pro — 4000 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 300 credits per day, Max — 8000 credits per month with Daily refresh up to 500 credits per day;
• the platform may apply rate, volume and frequency controls to protect infrastructure;
• when limits are exceeded, some features may be restricted until the next period or limit reset.

4. Enforcement measures

The operator may apply:

• a warning;
• temporary feature restriction;
• temporary account suspension;
• full access termination for serious or repeated violations.

The chosen measure depends on the severity, repetition and risk created for the service or other users.

5. Support and disputed actions

If a user believes a restriction was applied in error, they may contact support and describe the situation. The operator may request additional details when needed to review the case.

6. Rule updates

The operator may update these rules as the service, plans, technical limits or security requirements evolve. The latest version is published on Proxify AI public pages.
